[Michelle Kwok]: Hey, Michael. What’s up, Michelle? [Michael Houck]: How you doing? Right back at it. [Michelle Kwok]: I have a couple more hours and then it’s done. TGIF. You’re close. You’re close. So close. [Michael Houck]: I was like, I’m going to have a chill Friday today. [Michelle Kwok]: And then it just was not chill. Yeah. I hate days like that where you’re like, I got nothing on my calendar. [Michael Houck]: I got some deep work time. I’m good. And then. Yeah. [Michelle Kwok]: And then one of my founders, like, I need to call you right now. And I’m like, what? They’re like, we’re gonna, we’re gonna raise a bridge around right now. I’m like, why are you raising a bridge round? [Michael Houck]: And why are you kicking it off on a Friday afternoon? [Michelle Kwok]: What are we talking about? They’re like, someone told me I had to raise a round right now. And I was like, you raised it two days ago. You don’t have to raise. It was crazy. It was crazy. Oh, man. [Michael Houck]: Hey, marc, how you doing? Hi, guys. [marc scarpa]: The life of the wacky investment person. They should make a TV show about that, huh, Michelle? No, seriously. [Michelle Kwok]: I think it would be actually hilarious if people saw what I did every single day. It’s not a bad idea. [marc scarpa]: I’ve puttered around with that idea for a while. It’s like everyone always takes it from the point of view of the but what about the people who are doling out the cash, the madness that they have to deal with, with all of the unique personalities of the entrepreneur, right? [Michelle Kwok]: Yeah, if I had the time, I would totally do a day in the life, just a TikTok of a day in my life. And I think it would be like, this is like, not what I thought. Hey man, you keep chatting away about it. It could be a Draper TV reality show in a few months, you never know. Reality show, I think would do really well because there’s so many different types of, there’s so many different types of personalities and people are so, I don’t know, like egotistic sometimes. I think it would just be funny. It would be funny. [marc scarpa]: It would be funny. Good to meet you, Michael. [Michael Houck]: Oh, I was just gonna say, from Silicon Valley, the TV show, but from the perspective of the investors, not the… [marc scarpa]: Exactly, because, you know, it’s the same thing. As like the record label executive, right? Dealing with all of these artists that are, frankly, in a lot of cases, out of their minds and various shapes of form, right? So it could be fun. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Yeah. [Michael Houck]: Well, good to meet, man. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Good to meet you. [Michelle Kwok]: I don’t think we’ve met. [Sujata Garcha]: I don’t think we’ve met. Yeah. So I do operations and finance with Meet the Drapers and Draper TV. And that’s pretty much it. So I kind of, you know, it’s a small company, we kind of do everything. But it’s great to meet you guys. [Michelle Kwok]: If you want to introduce yourselves, I’d love to know what you’re doing. I’m in, I just joined Draper Associates as an investor. And then it’s just kind of been my own project where I’m working on, like, re-clarifying our brand, so kind of rebranding a little bit, I’ve rewritten our investment thesis, just to have a little bit more clarity around our investment philosophy, what we invest in, why, and then this just turned into a bigger, a bigger conversation around, we just make sure that like the entire brand has clarity across the Draper ecosystem. So we brought in, yeah, and then, again, with the clarity, the brand, like making sure our voice is is very clear as to, we love investing in moonshots and this is what we invest in, this is who we are, this is the type of people we are. We have to put that somewhere. So we wanted to make sure that Tim’s socials are kind of used to their full max potential. He doesn’t have all the time in the world to write down, write posts every single week, right? He’s a really busy guy. So that’s where we brought Michael in. Michael runs an agency that’s helping us formulate, like, authentic posts that we’re working together on, but Michael’s thankfully helping us write them for the DA page as well as Tim, so he’s kind of taking over Tim’s socials. And that’s kind of where marc and the DraperTV stuff came in, because I know we post that on Tim’s socials, but we want to make sure that all of the grand boys and the storytelling and all of that kind of aligns with Michael and his team’s vision of where the voice is. We’ve done a lot of work around the brand voice, what we want it to be, how we want it to be different, to make sure that our content has a certain structure to it, making it really easy to consume, really shareable, stuff like that. So me and Michael have talked a lot about that. Definitely want Michael to introduce himself and share more about what their thought process is. [Sujata Garcha]: OK, this is really interesting to me. I’m so glad. For all of that information, because we do have a mini social team on our side that runs Draper TV social as well as Meet the Drapers social, more focused on Draper TV social, I think. And we’ve wanted to partner more with the Tim’s side of social so that we can get some cross-posting. And I don’t know all the terminology. I’m not a social person. Sorry, Michael, if I get everything wrong. But we really wanted to do more of these collaborated posts and shares and stuff and get more likes and shares and everything. So I think it’d be great to even partner with you guys and figure out what should our brand look like so that we were representing Tim the right way. And how does that make sure we’re all aligned in our socials? [Michael Houck]: Yeah, it makes total sense. Should I just do a quick intro on me? That’d be helpful. Yeah. OK. So yeah. Founder. I’ve built a few companies, one venture-backed, a few bootstrapped. I worked in big tech for a while as well. I’ve also co-founded a venture firm, so I sort of see the investor side of the perspective as well. Currently, we have a ghostwriting agency. And yeah, as Michelle mentioned, we’re jumping in to handle Tim’s socials. So excited to meet everyone on this call and sort of chat more, I guess, and collaborate more over time too. So I’m pumped. [Sujata Garcha]: And your company, Michael, is? [Michael Houck]: Oh, sorry. We’re called Megaphone. Megaphone. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: OK, thanks. [Michael Houck]: I’ll drop the link to our, I don’t know how to work this chat. I’ll send over something later with more context. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Good. [Michelle Kwok]: Maybe if you can, marc and Sujata, if you can share a little bit more about, I mean, marc, I know twin videos, and just like any other things that you’ve kind of shared on Tim’s socials as well, how that operate, how those operations work, how you go about that. I think I don’t even have a lot of clarity on that, like marc you say you give it to Mitch and then Mitch posted on Tim’s socials, like just like even the clarity of those operations, how that’s all done, what’s posted on his socials, what the thought process behind that is, and that’ll give Michael a little bit more understanding, maybe. [Michael Houck]: Yeah, that would be really helpful for me, too, just sort of seeing the lay of the land, the ecosystem sort of as it currently exists. [Sujata Garcha]: Yeah, and marc, I’ll let you kind of interject here, but as far as Tim’s social goes, yeah, that is handled for anything related to Draper TV or Meet the Drapers by Mitch. And Meet the Drapers and Draper TV are under the Drapers production’s umbrella of the Draper ecosystem. And Meet the Drapers is like a pitch competition show where we go around the world and we go to these various tech conferences most of the time or other places. And we hold pitch competitions there. And then there’s a semifinals round. There’s a winner from each competition, a semifinals round, and a finale. And the finals we’re shooting for actually season seven next week in the office. Um, yeah, you’re welcome to come and like, check it out. Um, so that you can kind of get an idea of what we do. And then that is one of the shows. It’s probably the main show. Um, it is one of the shows that we show on Draper TV, Draper TV. Um, I’ll let marc speak to a little bit more cause he’s more well versed in what we’re kind of going towards with Draper TV, but just to step back a second before marc speaks, um, social media meet the Drapers has the media team where we have two people, that’s it. One handles like what should the content look like and one handled editing and posting. And they sort of strategize together if we have any campaigns with any of our sponsors, they strategize together to come up with ideas for what social should look like for those campaigns. I don’t think it’s been very good. I think we can do better for sure. And it’s something that we haven’t put a lot of effort into on our side. So I would I think this is really awesome that we’re going to have a little bit more clarity on what the brand should look like, and I think that will help us with being able to promote ourselves that way, too. But we have two people. We’re actually looking to change one of them. Our editor and poster is awesome. She’s really great. She’s out in the Philippines. And then we have the person who kind of manages her and comes up with more strategy. She’s a world traveler, so I don’t know where she is right now. You know, it’s not like we’re going to be connected all the time. Uh so but, yes, I think that gives a little bit of market. [marc scarpa]: You want to add to like Draper TV and what we’re kind of going for there. That would be awesome. Sure so I, um, there’s a couple of different silos here, Michael with social media in general, and aside from the internal discussion between Michelle and Sujata in terms of how that may be probably workflow would be. First, Draper TV is a television network. It’s a media and entertainment platform. Think of Draper TV as Bloomberg Television, but for crypto. It is the canvas of the overall big vision. The platform is currently operating just on web, meaning mobile web and desktop. But soon, very soon, Draper TV will actually connected to digital radio, television networks around the world. It is a television network, but it will be on platforms like potentially Dish and Samsung and so on and so forth. So every time there’s a deal for Draper TV in terms of a partnership, that should certainly be newsworthy and should be an announcement, right? It’s like, oh, we’ve signed with DirecTV. We’ve signed with Roku. We’ve signed with Samsung. Now you’ll be able to watch it on your television set. Now there’s Draper TV Radio, for example. It’s a iHeartRadio deal. These are all deals that we’ll be working on post-launch throughout the year to secure for Draper to have it as an all-media television network. So again, the short of it is Draper TV is Bloomberg Television for crypto, right? Now there’s a show that Sujata just mentioned, which is Meet the Drapers. It is a contest program, you know, and it’s very much like a shark tank, but as a contest show. So they have a set number of episodes per season, and the contestants go through that season and they finally get to the end, which is the finale, and there’s a million dollar prize. So there’s clearly a lot to talk about with regards to that show. But it’s not necessarily something that’s every day. Then there’s the daily news show. That’s what we over at Defiance Media, which is called Draper Decentralized. Think of Draper Decentralized as Tim being a news anchor that is reporting on, that is from an editorial perspective, reporting on companies in the new economy space, or let’s say the FinTech Web3 crypto space. 100% of the companies that we report on with Draper Decentralized currently are all part of the Draper Associates portfolio. But the way that the reporting is done is done with an actual journalist that’s on our team, because we’re an accredited member of the media. So the workflow there is we’re, in essence, getting a press release or an announcement from the company, from them directly, their PR person, and or through Reuters or AP. We turn it into a story. And Tim personally reports on the company. So it’s something that you would have a daily asset to work with. And this kind of how this whole conversation got kicked off is the way that we post Draper Decentralized on all of our social medias platforms is not the way that you’re posting it on Tim’s platforms. And he brought it up to me a couple of weeks ago and we found out that the team wasn’t wasn’t using tools like Sprout and so on. And at the end of the day, there just needs to, just the look and feel and the information, the metadata needs to be included in order for those posts to drive engagement and so on and so forth. So that’s that. There will be, with the launch of Draper TV, potentially other programming that airs on Draper TV, additional shows, who knows, maybe Michelle will get her reality investor show at the end of the day, you never know. And I think that as we build Draper TV out, you’ll begin to see more and more shows that will be on the platform that will be marketable through social media and to be able to build community off of Well, that’s really helpful. I was taking notes about that. [Michael Houck]: So if you heard typing, it was just me jotting down. I never trust these AI note takers to give me exactly what I want. Cool. Sounds like a big platform. Sounds exciting. Yeah. [marc scarpa]: I mean, Tim is a big platform just in and of himself. And his brand has quite a lot of integrity and obviously the the venture capital community, but also really in the retail investor in the consumer market. So Draper TV will evolve over time. Right now, we’ll start with the programming that you see on Draper TV dot com. But as I said, the plan is to expand more programming, make it available, and then, of course, extend to new platforms such as television and radio, which would go beyond what he’s on now, which is just web and mobile web and social. [Michelle Kwok]: So I think what is helpful here is we’re still kind of putting together the brand voice and what we’re trying to build for Tim’s platform. Like Michael has several times, we want to make sure that it’s completely uniform across everything that we’re doing so that it doesn’t feel like somebody else is writing all of it, like somebody else is writing this thing, someone else is writing this thing, someone else is writing this thing, and obviously it’ll be a little bit of a transition period as we, so Michael isn’t the writer, Michael is going to be editing, he has a different writer who’s gonna be writing all of his content, and then Michael’s gonna edit it. And then once we kind of find that brand voice, it might be more helpful for us to all get a call together. Maybe we can bring Nick too, to kind of talk through that brand voice. I know that Michael’s watched a few of the decentralized videos. And then maybe we can all just like talk through it just to make sure that the scripting of the decentralized videos has the same kind of voice that we’re doing. If that works for you. [marc scarpa]: Yeah, I think that Mitch isn’t really the one involved in the voice of the social media. He works for Sujata and Sarika as their media manager and editor. You have a couple of different pillars here, right? And overall that you’re probably considering, Michelle. So now you’re looking at, you’ve got a TV network, right? You’ve got a show called Meet the Drapers, how that’s integrated into the overall voice strategy is a Sujata question. You’ve got a daily news program, Draper Decentralized, that Tim is personally promoting each one of your investments, if you will. You have investor announcements that you’ll probably be doing through social. You have his public appearances that you would be doing through social. And then, of course, he’s going to post what he wants to post in there as well when he’s at a conference or whatever. Four or five buckets of things, and let’s say 10% of it will be him actually posting, unless he’s posting all the time, and the rest is really about these different properties that you guys are looking at. Ultimately, all of that information could live on Draper TV as a media property in some way, shape, or form, but of course, it’s all going out through social media as well. Draper’s seen decentralized in terms of updating the scripting of it. The scripting that we do right now is basically based upon what the story is from the company. So you have a company that’s putting out a press release, we get it, and then we editorialize it. If we want to create more nuance in the way he says the story and put it more into his voice in that writing sense, in terms of the type of words that he uses, happy to do that. We think we’ve kind of done a good job over the course of the year in getting his characterizations as much as possible. We think we could probably shorten the beginning of the video because there’s a little bit of a longer intro that Legal asked us to do, but I think we’re probably beyond that now. I think at this point, he just needs to identify that it’s his digital twin speaking, and then you can get straight into reporting. And that will probably help drive engagement. Right now, the engagement is low on his socials for that because it’s not being published properly. There’s no information at all, as you. Yeah, that’s what we talked about. [Michelle Kwok]: Yeah, exactly. I think that’s like, that’s what I’m trying to say is like, there’s low hanging fruit here. I mean, the Meet the Drapers, I think no matter what, like, Tim is already on there, like, that’s his voice, because he’s on Meet the Drapers, right? It’s like, where can we kind of unify the stuff that he’s not necessarily himself completely on? And it’s like these different centralized, but as we talked about this, marc, I know that nobody has really taken over the posting of all of that. So yeah, I go to think about it. And then we can try to figure something out with it. Because we definitely need to post it the right way. Like we need to have the hook, we need to have all these things we may have make sure that the voice is there. And then having that all aligned with the rest of the calendar system to make sure that we’re not cannibalizing all the other new content that Michael is going to be writing with his team, that type of thing, just to make sure that it’s all kind of aligned and everything gets all the views that it needs. Like I, we talked about this last time that the decentralized videos can definitely get way more views if we just say, this is what it is. It’s completely embedded into LinkedIn. It’s, this is what you’re going to get out of watching in this video, which hasn’t been clear yet, but just like maybe, I don’t know, Michael, you have some thoughts around the potential workflow here, but it might be better to, like, this is just like an intro call so that everybody knows what everybody’s up to. And then a couple of weeks later, we can be like, okay, this is kind of what we’ve formulated as a brand voice. Maybe these are the types of nuances we’re able to put into the scripting. And yeah, of course, we’re gonna do this, the press release, it’s gonna be all the information, all the content is gonna be the same, like you’re getting all the content from the press releases, but if there are specific nuances and or bolded words that we’ve decided that we’re gonna be using across the content, it would be helpful maybe for everybody to be aligned on that. [marc scarpa]: Yeah, I mean, to help a little bit, Michael, to give you some, because you’re just walking into this cold, if you look at the draft, decentralized posts on defiance media. You’ll see how it should be done, right? In terms of the assets right now, we take the, there’s five videos a week. They get published every day. And they, those videos are just MP4 files that are in a Google drive, but they have the script associated with them that you can use for your posting or not. You can, post them however you want, but to Michelle’s point, what’s not happening right now is the videos are not natively being uploaded to the individual platforms that they live on. They’ve been uploaded to like YouTube and then there’s a link. So that’s not the way to do it. So if you started right now today, you could just take the MP4 files of Draper Decentralize and use Sprout or however you like to, to do it. Yeah. We, we, we, we do this type of stuff for a lot of folks. So process wise, no concerns. Um, just letting you know where the assets are so that you can do them. Sprout is a social media management platform, but Michael, do you use that or something else? [Michael Houck]: No, we use, we tend to use typefully. Some clients prefer other ones. Um, but super lightweight and, uh, and easy has good features for reposts and things like that too. And the analytics are great. Sure. That sounds great. [Sujata Garcha]: I have a question. Is there any conversation this might be for you, Michelle, regarding having one social media management like Michael to be also handling the Meet the Drapers side so that branding wise it’s all kind of aligned more easily? [Michelle Kwok]: Makes a lot of sense. Meet the Drapers. What social is Meet the Drapers mainly on right now? [Sujata Garcha]: I’ll have to send you the handle. I think I have them. I’m not a social person. Hold on. [Michelle Kwok]: So there’s a social team already within Meet the Drapers. I don’t know if that is… [Sujata Garcha]: I mean, honestly, it’s two people and that’s not Mitch. I’m talking about two different people. And one of them, we want to keep, the other one, not so much. And they’re not part of the same company or anything. These are just two individuals that we found, like contractors. [Michelle Kwok]: Oh, they don’t work at Meets Extractors. No. Correct. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Yeah. [Michael Houck]: It would help simplify operations. It would. It definitely would. I’m sorry, Michael. Yeah, that’s exactly right. [marc scarpa]: It would help simplify. [Michelle Kwok]: It seems to make sense that- I’m going to give you information right now as well. [Sujata Garcha]: I think it would really help simplify if we can consider that. I’ll send you guys the handles. Let me just sign them. [marc scarpa]: Yeah, I mean, it seems to make sense, Michael, for you to be the agency on record with all social media for anything and everything Draper across the board, if that’s what your role is going to be, yeah? [Michael Houck]: Yeah, more than happy to. Sujata, is that just X? Is that X on LinkedIn? Is other platforms? [Michelle Kwok]: LinkedIn seems to be pretty active right now. I’m looking at it right now. [Sujata Garcha]: This is what I’m finding. In our little chat. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: These are Draper TV socials that I just put in the chat. [Sujata Garcha]: I know we have Meet the Drapers ones too, but we don’t focus on the Meet the Drapers ones as much. We kind of use the Draper TV one to promote Meet the Drapers. But this is what we have right now. And I’ll get the other handles that you can take a look at also. But we’d definitely like you to review this and consider it under one umbrella, and we can talk details, Michelle, on that and how that would work. [Michelle Kwok]: Yeah. [Sujata Garcha]: But I feel like that’s a good idea if we’re really trying to get it to be, you know, aligned brand-wise. [Michelle Kwok]: Yeah, I think, I mean, Michael, I think Tim would be really open to, like, expanding the contract if the next, like, month kind of goes well type of thing. Like, I think we just need to make sure that the content is good. We’re really happy, obviously. Of course. Make more sense. [Sujata Garcha]: Yeah, I think it makes more sense this way too. That would be great. Yeah. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Okay, okay, okay. [Michelle Kwok]: Okay, so the Draper TV LinkedIn seems like there’s nothing on there. Yeah, but the meet the drapers one has stuff on. [Sujata Garcha]: Yeah, I think we do it most on Instagram and Tick Tock. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Or? Yeah. [Michelle Kwok]: Okay, wait, let me just look at everything just to see what’s going on. [Sujata Garcha]: I don’t even know what we do most of our posts on, honestly. [Michelle Kwok]: Correct. This is going really good. [Sujata Garcha]: We do a lot of posts, and from those two people that work on it, I think more than we need to. I feel like it’s a little bit of content overload. Yeah. So I’d really like to clean it up and make it more productive. [Michelle Kwok]: Yeah, definitely. It’s the content just not clear. Yeah. [Sujata Garcha]: Okay, I think it could use work is what I’m totally agreeing to with you guys. Yeah, I agree with what you said. [Michelle Kwok]: I agree. I agree with that. Yeah, obviously filmed really well. I just think that whoever’s doing the TikTok doesn’t get TikTok. Yeah. [Sujata Garcha]: And that was why our one person who’s doing the strategy right now for TikTok campaigns is not gonna be with us too much longer. [Michelle Kwok]: Okay. Yeah. Good idea. Okay. Okay. Okay, okay, okay. Now I think I even have a better understanding of what’s going on. Yeah, I think… Can I throw one thing in there? Have you heard of Wisecut? [Sujata Garcha]: I know that it’s one of the companies that Tim has invested in. [Michelle Kwok]: Yes, Wisecut. That wasn’t an email somewhere. [Sujata Garcha]: Yeah, they have recently set up an account for us for Meet the Drapers for uploading our shows to their platform to their website. And then it automatically within 15 minutes creates like these, like about 15 little shorts that we can use for social media. It that they’re, that’s their software that they built that Tim’s invested in. But like that to Tim really wants us So if you can look at that, Michelle and Michael. [Michael Houck]: So Jada, is there a way that we can get access to an account that has like the output just so we can take a look and sort of see, okay, here’s the quality, all that stuff. For sure. [Sujata Garcha]: I’ll get you our login information and you can just get right in there and check it out. And we haven’t really used it yet. I just, we use it like about six, seven months ago for a little while. It was a little bit tedious to use. So we stopped using it. They made a lot of improvements on their software and they came back and and said, okay, now try it. And this was just two weeks ago, and we were traveling at the time, so I haven’t had a chance to play with it yet, but I’ll get you our login information, and I’d love for you guys to play around with that and see if it’s something that we can use to help with the quick creating of shorts from our long 45 minute shows. [Michelle Kwok]: Yeah. I haven’t used that before, but I’ve used Descript. Have you used it, Michael? [Michael Houck]: Yeah, I’ve used Descript. There’s a few others that do it. Subtitles, one. There’s a couple others that do it, too. So we’ll take a look. Obviously, if we can use it full code, it’d be better. [Michelle Kwok]: Yeah, yeah. [Sujata Garcha]: It’s free to us because of Tim’s investment in the company. They want us to use it for free to use it. So just take a look if it’s good. [Michelle Kwok]: Hopefully, yeah. Hopefully, it’s very similar to the script. I’m just looking at it right now. [Sujata Garcha]: Let me see if I can get that login information for you guys. [Michelle Kwok]: I think you can even, or maybe, Michael, even if you want to test it for yourself on something that you know, you can drop a video link and just get clips and see what turns up. [Michael Houck]: Yep, I already just created a little free account. Perfect. I’ll dive in over the weekend or at the latest early next week and come back with some thoughts. [marc scarpa]: Yeah, I’m gonna add some really interesting AI elements. We took a look at it over a couple of weeks ago in Las Vegas. So, you know, keep in mind that Meet the Drapers has a new season coming up. And that’s something that’s a program that you can promote on a weekly basis as a new episode drops on Draper TV. And, you know, you got Draper Decentralized, which is a daily show. And then there’ll be additional programming that will be added to the Draper TV lineup. And it could even include some other third party people like Crypto Megan and so on, that would be promotable through social to have all roads lead back to Draper TV where they’ll find all of this content. Content on that platform. So ultimately it’s about, you’ve got shows promoting a network, right? In terms of the ecosystem of Draper Productions. The other stuff that you’re doing, Michelle, in terms of announcements for his personal appearances and investments and so on, that’s a little separate. Eventually, hopefully Draper TV will be able to accommodate all of that content as well. It should be pretty easy to do, so why we couldn’t include it in the web platform design, if there’s something you wanted. [Michelle Kwok]: Yeah, no, that makes a lot of sense. This is actually a lot more clarifying for me. I think with the public announcements and stuff like that, do you typically hear about that? Or does Tim send that to you to do something with? [marc scarpa]: Yeah, we get announcements every day. We actually get them from, so you remember the list I sent you last time that needs to be updated? So some of those companies actually do send us press releases directly. Currently, we’re working on the internal Draper decentralized promo that Sujata has, and that should go out to all of the Draper companies to let them know, hey, if you send us a press release, Tim might do an editorial story on your company. That will air, quote unquote, on TV. It will be on Draper TV website. I mean, when you were saying his personal public appearances, is that part of what you do as well? No, not at all. I’m saying what we’re doing, but we can include them on the website. This is all part of what you’re hitting it at ground zero. So this is a really good time for us to elaborate. And you might say, hey, it would be great if we tell you when Tim’s going to be in such and such city doing a speaking engagement, we could add that to the website. All you need is the information and it can be included. Basically, we create a widget that would allow his assistant to possibly even update that. So, it’s like, think of Draper TV as, again, as this platform of everything and anything Draper. [Michelle Kwok]: Yeah, yeah, okay. So I think what… Sorry, go ahead, Michelle. I think what the, like, like you said, ground zero, I think what we have to do first is Michael and his writer are going to be working on the voice and, and some sample posts that we can work on, make sure that we know what the scheduling is. Based on that, we’re passing everything by Tim, make sure that we know what the scheduling posting is, because we’re doing more like thought leadership pieces with that. So we want to make sure that that’s kind of like a standalone on its own day and then with the decentralized videos try hopefully have Michael’s team take over the decentralized video posting and figure out the strategy behind that and iterate that over time together. So maybe we’re like all you know together working on kind of how that evolves over time. [Sujata Garcha]: Yeah and overall Draper TV posting Draper postings, I think that really should be considered. Yeah. [Michelle Kwok]: And then I think after we’ve maybe three, four weeks or so, go back to Tim so that he knows what’s going on now. And then he’s like, okay, this is what Michael and his team were able to do. Let’s try to fold in everything in the Draper ecosystem for clarity and unification. I think those are great points. Michael, do you have comments on that? [Michael Houck]: Yeah, I have a ton of thoughts, more than I think we’re going to be able to get to in the five minutes before our Zoom timer expires here. But high level, yeah, I think it’s been really helpful to sort of get the lay of the land from you, marc, and from you, Sujata. I’m going to take all this in. We’re going to start thinking through an overall strategy structure of what we’re going to be sharing through Tim’s socials and through the DA’s socials. Happy to talk about incorporating those other accounts as well, Michelle, after we sort of get that voice out there and get him on board. But yeah, I mean, this has been really helpful for me. So I think maybe as the next step, I’ll go back, I’ll do that. And then I can share some thoughts with you guys all next week. [Michelle Kwok]: Perfect. Yeah. So we’ll just keep that thread open between all four of us, just so everybody knows what’s going on. And then as time goes on, and then and we’re able to talk with him about folding in more of the Draper ecosystem. We’ll make sure that you’re updated about that, Sujata. I don’t think that will be a problem, especially if you’re not happy with the social people that you’re working with right now. And it sounds like there’s improvements to be made. For sure. Yes, yes, definitely. Okay, fantastic. And then marc will keep you updated. Because we definitely need to figure out the decentralized aspect of everything. Well, it’s ready to go right now. [marc scarpa]: All you need to do is just start publishing it the right way as a step one. [Michelle Kwok]: Yeah, I think we, I still don’t have access to, Sujata, do you have access to all those videos that you can share with us? [Sujata Garcha]: Yeah, I can send you our spreadsheet that has everything on there. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Okay, great. [marc scarpa]: If you can share with both myself and Michael, helpful yeah does not have the the google drive link where they can actually pull the uh the mp45 it does perfect that’s all you need let me okay thank you so [Michelle Kwok]: much for your time thanks for running us through this I think we both learned a lot uh during this so um yeah that was incredibly helpful um let’s see here actually I want to make sure it does have draper [Sujata Garcha]: decentralized on Yes, it has it and all the links are in our Dropbox account. I’m going to send you the spreadsheet. It has everything that’s on Draper TV. If you go down the list, there’s a title name column, it’s column M. Out to the right are the links to all the actual episodes that you can download. I’m going to put it in our chat right now. [marc scarpa]: five new approved episodes on Sunday by Tim. And so they’ll they’ll be published. They would be published one per day next week. So Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and they’ll get updated on this sheet. Yeah. [Sujata Garcha]: And there’s a file. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Yeah. [Sujata Garcha]: And so we update those on Sunday when Tim approves them, then we end up sending them over to our back end team for the website and then they convert it into a file. That we can use, and we get a Dropbox folder link, we put it on this document, so every Monday, this document’s updated. Sometimes it’s a Tuesday, depending on turnaround times, but typically every Monday, this document is updated with five new links for that week’s episodes for Draper 2.0. Cool, yeah, we can get into all the operational tactical stuff. [Michael Houck]: I have an ops team as part of our team. Perfect. We’ll work through all that over time, but it’s good to know that we have sort of a system in place that too. So thanks. Yeah, I’ll take a look. [Sujata Garcha]: Yep. Okay, perfect. Thank you everybody for your time. We’ll talk to you later. Keep you up
