[Michael Houck]: Oh, sorry. Peace. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Hey, Andrew, what’s going on, man? [Andrew Presser]: How you doing? [Michael Houck]: Doing well, doing well. [Andrew Presser]: Where are you based? Are you in LA or? [Michael Houck]: New York. [Andrew Presser]: You’re in New York. Nice. Where in the city are you? Williamsburg. Oh, cool, man. Shit, we had a big dinner on Wednesday. Should have had you come. We’re on 20th and 5th is the office, then I’m on 25th. 5th and 8th. Oh, nice. [Michael Houck]: Yeah, right up the L, basically. Yeah, yeah, 100%. [Andrew Presser]: So anyway, man, I don’t know if we ever chatted live, but great to reconnect. I know we ran some stuff on like a newsletter perspective, maybe about a year ago-ish. And yeah, I know Ami. I don’t know if you know Ami or how we got connected, but… [Michael Houck]: I know Ami from forever ago. [Andrew Presser]: Yeah. Wow. Okay. Yeah. So I was… Is out of we have like a one of the private offices in diversity at their new spot. Very cool. Yeah. And so I was chatting with him and we were saying like, look, we need the way that we’re handling our, our social and like tweets and stuff. It’s just not scaling. So he recommended you guys. That’s the general context. I’m happy to give you more. I don’t. But yeah, I’ll leave it there. [Michael Houck]: I guess the first thing would just be like, I don’t know, is this for one person’s account? Is this a human, like a creator account or a brand account? [Andrew Presser]: Like give me some context on the actual content itself. Yeah. So the content would probably be for myself and my more, but more importantly, my co-founder Hamza. Yeah. Like kind of like CEO focus, you know, like tech classic, like tech Twitter type stuff. Yeah, the content would be like kind of growth. You know, we’ve built and I can send you some of our examples in kind of this stuff we’ve written. But effectively, it’s like our thoughts are like, distribution matters more than product. And so we’ve written a bunch of stuff about like how that’s important now. And we make like a bunch of quips or, you know, say something controversial about like the way that and Silicon Valley’s building stuff. That’s our general like brand or stream of content, but I don’t know if that answers your question. [Michael Houck]: Yeah, I mean, that does. It’s good to know that, because some people want it for like a brand account, obviously a very different sort of voice you’d want to take on a brand account than necessarily someone’s individual. As far as the content itself, do you have an idea of whether it’s like, you mentioned quips, you mentioned some other stuff. Is it mostly one-off posts? Is it going to be threads, screenshot essays? Video clips with text on top, like, do you have a preferred option or is that something you’d want to discover sort of as we as we onboard? [Andrew Presser]: Yeah, I mean, um, we do a lot of essays ourselves. We’re writing, I want to say like once every two weeks. So it’s a good general good cadence when it comes to like, long form text content. And it’s just like distilling that into like threads. And otherwise, just like, you know, having an always on approach to our tweets. And I’d imagine other people I’ve chatted with that do this, it’s like, kind of sit down for a set period of time, chat through whatever we think is relevant, and then that gets kind of distilled into tweets. So, yeah. [Michael Houck]: So basically our process is, we work with founders, so it’s pretty lightweight in terms of like actual time commitment that you guys would need to spend. Essentially, we like an onboarding week that would culminate with a kickoff. That week, we’d expect you guys to, you know, fill out a form, add some accounts that, you know, do the content that you guys are most excited about on Twitter, and just give us the context and information for us to gather and start getting an opinion on the voice of the accounts. And then at the end, we do a kickoff where you’d meet your writer. You’d also get to pick your writer based on like an anonymous list of posts from people on our team. So you pick the voice that you think fits the best with what you guys want. You meet that writer on the kickoff call. And we basically just go deeper on what you shared during the first week. And then we begin writing content. After that, everything happens in Slack. After that, we’d set up a Slack connect channel. Every week, we’d put in there some ideas and some specific questions about them based on research that we’ve done. And our only ask of you is just, you know, record rambly voice notes where you give us the full show your opinion, show the more rambling you do the better, actually. And then we take that, we turn it into content, we send you a draft, and you get a round of revisions to make sure that it’s to your liking. And then we also handle all scheduling, all content operations. So like replying to people who engage with the content, replying to viral posts from thought leaders in your niche to sort of get some free impressions. We optimize your profile as well if you want us to do that. And there’s all sort of content operations totally done for you. And as far as how the agency is structured, it’s myself and Blake email. I don’t know if you know Blake from from X, he’s got like 100,000 followers. He was the first CMO of copy AI, so knows the AI space really well. So between the two of us, no content will get sent to you until it’s been reviewed and edited by one of us. And so we’re like, you actually creator-led. Some people like to say that, just like, you know, one of their investors is a creator or something like that. And that’s pretty much it. Process is pretty lightweight. We’ll set up a notion for you. You can leave some comments on drafts in there. We can also do it directly and typefully if you’d prefer. But yeah, week-to-week involvement is not super high. We’re not trying to add a lot of meetings to your calendar. As far as pricing, if you want us to take over everything, content operations and the content itself, it’s 3K a month, $29.95 a month. If you just want a lower amount of content per month, then that would be $19.95 or $2K a month. [Andrew Presser]: Got it. Cool. And then with a full takeover, is there anything that would fuck up your cadence or what you see for farm? Or can we have other people? Or would it be too many cooks in the kitchen? Can we have other creators posting ourselves. [Michael Houck]: Sorry, do you mean like, other people writing content for the accounts or writing content for their accounts? [Andrew Presser]: No, like, can we have like, what I’m saying is like, is this like, is it like an exclusive, like, Hey, Michael, you guys are handling Twitter. [Michael Houck]: And like, we shouldn’t be touching it when it comes to our other posts or like, no, you guys can totally post what you want to probably make sense for us to set up a typefully account. And that case, you can see like, here’s when we have stuff scheduled to go out and everything. But no, obviously, you know, you have control of your accounts at the end of the day and can use it for whatever you want. [Andrew Presser]: Cool. And then like, what are general, we can kind of maybe just cover this async, but like, general deliverables? [Michael Houck]: Or is there a set deliverable? Yeah, so depending on what content formats we end up choosing, that’ll determine like how much we’re sending you guys per week. If it’s, you know, just quips, like at one extreme, then we’d be sending you probably, you know, close to two per day that you could post. If you’re doing exclusively threads, then it would probably be like three per week and maybe a couple quips that we throw in there as well. [Andrew Presser]: If it’s a mixture, then obviously we would, you know, we can hit every day in different ways. Okay. Makes sense. Cool, man. Let me, this super helpful. What is your general like onboarding or timeline capacity and timeline look like, Yeah, pretty quick. [Michael Houck]: We have folks on the team who I think could be a good fit for you guys. So obviously, we want you to pick basically anonymous process. But in terms of who has bandwidth right now, I think we’d be good. So we’re really on your guys timeline, we’d be able to get things started whenever I know holidays are coming up. [Andrew Presser]: So yeah, let me know. Okay, sounds good. Yeah, I mean, like, our general ICP are like consumer app founders, right? So content that’s, you know, that resonates with them is their big focus at the moment. Cool, I think like next steps on my end would just be like, I think I have that the TLDR is sent over. Is that it on materials or do you have anything else? [Michael Houck]: I can send over some anonymized screenshots of like results from recent clients we’ve onboarded and stuff like that, if that’s helpful. Other than that, everything should be in the Notion doc. Yeah, I think so. [Andrew Presser]: Yeah, if you could send that across, and then I’ll just sync with Hamza to green light this. But no, it seems pretty straightforward. Cool. [Michael Houck]: And last thing I’d say is that we’re month to month, just give us 30 days if you guys are going to cancel. And if you if you both do it together and or want to do a long term commitment, we can shave a little bit off the price as well. Got it. [Andrew Presser]: Okay. Makes sense. Cool. Sounds good, Michael. Sorry. No, sounds good. Yeah, if you could just send that across and then I’ll send that all together to Hamza and we’ll review later today. But yeah, nothing. I can’t think of anything at the moment. Cool. I’ll send over some results. [Michael Houck]: We just had a client on board two and a half weeks ago. I’ll send you some examples from their account of what they’ve seen the first few weeks. [Andrew Presser]: We can go from there. [Michael Houck]: Cool. All right, good to meet. And yeah, let’s do this. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: I’m excited. [Andrew Presser]: Likewise. Thanks, Michael. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Cool. [Michael Houck]: See you, Andrew. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Bye.
