[UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: How are you doing? I think we’re waiting on Ben, but we can get started in the meantime. [Michael Houck]: Let me make sure I added him to this. Yeah, he’s on there. Okay, so he should be here in a minute. How’s everyone doing? How’s your weekend? [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: It was good. [Rafael Bruno]: I went to a wedding, like it was so far, but so far that it seemed like I was traveling to another city, but it’s just like a neighborhood very far, far from my, my neighborhood. Oh, dang. Yeah. [Michael Houck]: I remember when I was in Brazil, I don’t know if this is true for other cities, but when I was in Sao Paulo, it was just so, which I felt like I could travel for days and still be in [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: The same place. Yeah. Cool. [Michael Houck]: Let’s jump in. So let me share my screen. So sprint so far, we’re doing OK. I would say we’re behind where we want to be, but not out of reach of having a really good sprint. So no big concerns there. We’ve made a lot of progress since the first few days. If I look in the sprint, yeah, I think there’s a lot of stuff in progress right now, so we should be trying to push as much of that through as possible. I know it’s a lot of competing priorities right now too. One thing that I have noticed is that it seems like there’s some slack messages where people are like waiting on things from each other. So I would say let’s try to unblock each other as much as possible today and tomorrow. So yeah, please prioritize that so that we’re not blocked on stuff. Ben, do you want to give us the view from the customer side? [Ben Ornstein]: Yeah, so I didn’t get a chance to really look into this too much. Sorry about that. I did a quick, in terms of numbers for over the past week, there were 12 compared to two weeks ago, there were eight. And again, most of them were random things this past week. No like crazy product issues. A couple of people who wanted to reactivate their account or come back, or just various questions. So nothing really related to, well, there were a couple of small things, obviously, but nothing persisted among all of them regarding technical issues. So that’s a good sign. Yeah, we’re still seeing, I think, too many onboarding bugs. [Michael Houck]: That’s really interesting. That’s a big concern for me right now is like a high percentage of people who are trying our product for the first time or having a bad experience, which is going to lead to, it’s going to be hard for them to stick around for the long run. If they have any other bugs in the future, they’ll, they’ll feel even worse about it. So we have to get that under control. But I think we’re on top of it. It’s just working through the various issues. So if there’s any immediate action there. Let’s see, where should we start this week? [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Anyone wanna go first? [Sid]: Sure, I can. Cool, go for it. So about my updates, I’m working on NSL APIs that is being the target. I’m planning to wrap whatever is needed. So there are a few things here. One is the group detail API. Mehul said that he, there are a few things pending. So I’ll take a look there. And second is that as I dropped you some questions. So I’m working on, I mean, that those were for 1067, which is APF engagement details. That one is also in progress and So my goal for this week will be to finish 1067 and 521. And of course, on top of this, if there’s any functional part missing for the inner circle end-to-end flow with front-end and back-end, then make sure even that is addressed in this week itself. [Michael Houck]: Yeah, I mean, we definitely have to finish these probably in the first part of the week because they are lingering from last week. So we should have more, there’s more tests that we can take on after that. I think, Sid, can you give an update on readiness for testing and launch? [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: So yeah, sure. [Sid]: For the backend, I think we are able to share broadcast with the inner circle members. So that part is working fine. Broadcast is is fine. About seeing the group details and the activity that is also completed at the API level at the back end level. It’s just in the group details, we need a couple of more things, which are which were pointed out by me for the for the front end. That is one thing and then the in progress ticket. Those are the two things for me. [Michael Houck]: Yeah, sure. So just again, like what’s our timeline for launch? [Sid]: This week itself, uh, at the backend level from, from my side, those will be finished for sure. No, sure. [Michael Houck]: But again, you’re, you’re leading this project. So I need to know like all in, when are we, when are we ready to launch? [Sid]: Including front end. Okay. I think, um, uh, I think on the front end side also, we are, pretty much done with the UI. Maybe so my what I’m targeting is maybe by Sunday morning here IST we can give it to you for testing and maybe if you feel that anything you want to add feel free but what I’ve seen so far on the UI side it’s pretty much done so by Sunday morning this we can share this with you for testing purpose and then you can have a feedback I think it would be safe to put in the middle of the [Rafael Bruno]: next week, because this week, Sid and Mehul will finish the integration. Hopefully they will test it. Next week, Hauk can test, give the feedbacks, and we can work on that. [Michael Houck]: Okay, I’m gonna move this referrals testing to the first half of next week then, so we can do that at the same time. One feature that I’m not sure if we’ve done yet, maybe one you can correct me on this, is launching the free tier because we’re gonna want people who are coming in through groups to be able to join for free and just create their inner circle without access to the creator network or anything like that. So is that ready or is that something still? [Rafael Bruno]: No, I was working on that desk. That was one of the things related with the update, the subscription pricing tasks. I can resume that task after I finish some stuff today. [Michael Houck]: I think we don’t need to do the rest of the pricing update about the account level pricing, but we do need to launch the concept of the basic tier, both in terms of backend functionality and in terms of having the pricing page updated for it. [Rafael Bruno]: Okay. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Okay. Um, cool. [Michael Houck]: So yeah, Rafael, if you want to take that on in the, in the meantime today, once you wrap up whatever you’re doing, um, let’s, let’s do that. I’ll do that. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Okay. [Michael Houck]: You want to go next? [Rafael Bruno]: Sure. Uh, today I was, I’m working at three things, uh, basically at the same time. Um, first, uh, I was checking the issue with, uh, that user that was able to sign in without paying the subscription. I started to check that, but I had to switch to another activity. But I think I have an idea of what happened, and I will work to fix that. The second thing is some adjustments on the APIs that Mehul needed. Did that. And I passed that to him right now. And about the engagements, finally, we have something that it seems to work fine. We have some, at least Rainer recorded four items, but that were recorded wrong. I’m studying those items. I think that one issue could be related with the backend, but I’m not really sure yet. But in like one, one and a half hour, I will be sure and I’ll pass my report to Rizwan so he can see if he needs to investigate something at his site. [Michael Houck]: Okay, cool. That sounds good. Let’s try to wrap up as many of those today as we can. Getting back to Rizwan and I’ll leave the user are probably top priority, but the others are still, if we can get to them today, it’d be great. And then for the rest of this week, I guess let’s finish the pricing structure work and then other stuff, if there’s other little things, you can take care of those and then campaigns is the priority. [Rafael Bruno]: Okay, I will update the pricing structure. I will make sure that referrals is okay. The task with Mehul. And then I will, if something urgent appears, I’ll work on that. Otherwise, I’ll work on the campaigns. Cool. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Sounds good. [Michael Houck]: Mehul, on your side, what’s going on? Yes. [Mehul Jariwala]: For my side, I guess I was jumping towards the referrer page, account update page, and then the group detail screen. So I point out a couple of things that was there in UI, but it was not there in API. So I pointed out the seed. Uh, it won’t take much time for me to integrate with the, uh, with the UI part because UI is already there. I just need to has all the detail to be put in. So once we have all the details, then we, we go to, uh, release the group group one. But just one thing to ask, uh, like, uh, we do have the feature where in, uh, in a dashboard, we’re showing list of groups are those are also part of this or, or those, those will be later on that we are going to do. [Michael Houck]: Sorry. What about groups are you referring to? [Mehul Jariwala]: So you remember in dashboard, uh, we are showing the groups where they can find the groups and they can browse all the, you can join it. [Michael Houck]: That’s our, um, that’s going to be part of groups V2. [Mehul Jariwala]: That’s amazing. Yeah, that’s the, yeah. So from my side, like the goal will be like finishing all the group stuff that was pending when integrating with the API. And meanwhile, when something was under work on, I was trying to work on the campaign things. So we have a couple of things on my side. I was going through it because once when, when she was doing something, I reached out to Rafael to make some modification on the, on the referrer page. So I was working on that. And once she’s done, so I was jumping to our stuff, finishing the group part of it. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Okay. [Michael Houck]: The one other thing I I’d say let’s make sure we get done this week is the DNS for Feather for the new blog. So let’s, let’s take care of that. If you need me to give you access to anything, or if you need Rafael to give you access to anything in AWS, just let us know. Yeah, sure. Cool. Okay. And then Rizwan, how’s, how are these going? [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Yeah. [Rizwan Hameed]: So the engagement URL ticker that is moved to Dawn. And now the mis-engagement part that’s already under the review. So we are just analyzing different types of events to see if there is any discrepancy or an issue in that part. Other than that, I’m back to the reduce AWS cost stuff. So the first thing that I’ll be doing right now, first of all, just like as discussed, I’ll be breaking down the subtasks for this task and then I’ll be starting initially I thought I’ll be integrating like using multiple accounts or one account for different bots but that’s gonna be a larger change so I thought it’s good first of all I give a try to run two bots in the same machine like LinkedIn and Twitter both platform bots will be running in the same machine so if that is achieved it will be a lesser complex as compared to the account changes, and can be quickly doable, and will make a huge impact on the reduced cost changes as well. So I’ll be breaking down the subtask, and then I’ll be starting working on that accordingly. Cool, that sounds great. [Michael Houck]: Feel free to add the subtask for the larger one too, and we can decide next sprint, want to do it or not. Sure thing, I’ll do that. Okay, cool. I think that’s it then. We all know we’re working on, so let’s make progress. Rafael, when you add the backend tasks to campaigns here, you can pull any of them into the sprint that you are working on. Because I added the frontend tasks, but I don’t know exactly how to break up the backend tasks. [Rafael Bruno]: So if you can do that, that’d be great. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Cool. Yep. [Sid]: On the invisible side, do we need the feature of creating the bulletins? No, we don’t need that right now. [Michael Houck]: That can be that can be for v2. Okay, so we can remove that. [Sid]: I mean, it’s then the group details design, we can remove that. Yeah, you can you can just comment it out on the UI. That’s fine. Okay, so maybe you can also do that. And I’ll also sort of that on the back end side. [Michael Houck]: I’ll add a I’ll add a task to v2. [Sid]: You can put the bulletins for v2 for the next upcoming project. And in the next version, which on the sailboat, the bulletins and the inner circle design. Take a look at design of group details page, there is a section of creating and fetching the bulletin. So we can put that for use. [Michael Houck]: The bulletin is like the like a like a notification message that the group admin sends out to everyone in the group. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Yeah. [Mehul Jariwala]: Okay, cool, guys. [Michael Houck]: I’m gonna hop off. But yeah, let’s have a good week too. [Rafael Bruno]: So guys, anything that you’d like to discuss? Mehul, about the issue that I just shared with you, I updated some old packages. And I think I updated a material UI package, and that caused the building issue. But I think it’s something simple, like replacing a property by another property. Okay, sure. [Mehul Jariwala]: I’ll take a look at. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Okay. [Rafael Bruno]: If you could please prioritize that, because there is an issue that is pending to be solved. And I need to push what is on the dev branch to production. And I just need needed. I just need you to finish the additional accounts issue. [Mehul Jariwala]: Yeah, sure. Okay, let’s take a look at now. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Okay. Anyone else? No. Okay. Have a great week guys. [Rafael Bruno]: Thank you guys. Okay, you guys.
