[UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Yo. Hey. What’s up, man? [Michael Houck]: How you doing? [Ben Ornstein]: Pretty good, how are you? [Michael Houck]: Good. Hey, Rafael. [Sid]: Hi, guys. He said, Mehul in the house as well. [Michael Houck]: I don’t know if Rizwan’s gonna join us today. We’ll see. But he knows what he’s got on the docket. He’s finishing up the engagement URL stuff for Twitter. So we’ll see if he jumps in. How’s everybody’s weekend? [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Pretty good. Yeah, good. [Rafael Bruno]: I had a small party with friends. We made like a gourmet hamburgers. So it was very nice. Now I had after bite, I think that after tomorrow I have to go back to the gym because those hamburgers accumulated. [Michael Houck]: Too many burgers, Rafael. Too many burgers. [Rafael Bruno]: I know the feeling, man. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Cool. [Michael Houck]: It looks very bright where you’re at today. Got the sunlight. Let’s dive in. So let me share my screen. Here we are. So I think first just like want to call out last sprint. We did. We did had a great sprint. Did really, really solid kudos to you guys for shipping fast, shipping a lot and shipping high quality stuff. We got through 74 points, which is our highest in since August, July. July or August. So very, very nice work, guys. And we’re in the last three sprints really have all been all been solid. So we’re making progress on everything. So just, yeah, little, you know, we got a lot ahead of us, but always good to feel good about what we’re doing, too. So nice work. Okay, so for this sprint, I don’t, I don’t think we’re going to get close to 100 points. So some of this will get taken out and moved to next sprint as we go. But just added it in for now to see where we get to. Also a couple holdovers from the last sprint as well. But yeah. I mean, the big things this sprint or what I mentioned in Slack, we want to get groups to a point where it’s basically ready for testing and go live. Then we’ll do that testing and go live next sprint. And same with the referrals page. We want to get it to a point where It’s ready to go. Those are our top two priorities for the sprint. There’s other stuff that’s important too, but everything else is secondary. So I guess with that said, Sid, or actually Ben, do you want to go first talk about where we’re at on the customer side, user side? [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Yes. [Ben Ornstein]: So I was looking at like over the past week compared to the week prior, came a little bit more prepared to this one. So in terms of like the amount of conversations that have been closed, I think it was 15 last week, as in over the 14 days to last seven days, or like 15 conversations closed. And then over the past seven days, there’s been 13. So a little bit less, but the complexity of a lot of the questions over the last seven days have been mostly very simple things like URL updates, if they’ve changed their Twitter or LinkedIn URL. Easy stuff. And thank you all for quick replies on those. Or removing accounts from like if the client liked Paran this morning. That was an example of one of those. [Michael Houck]: Would you say that you feel like we’re continuing to trend sort of in the right direction, where the system is stabilizing, and we’re seeing fewer sort of, you know, different types of bugs? [Ben Ornstein]: Yeah, I would definitely say trying in the right direction. There’s obviously still like those weird edge cases or one off ones, but compared to like where we work over the past couple weeks, we’re definitely trying in the right direction there. And most of the questions, the only other thing I was going to say is the only other ones are questions like on onboarding. They’re asking things like, One of the one person who reached out didn’t know what the difference was between like reach and Actual, yeah, you know what I’m talking about. [Michael Houck]: Yeah, views versus reach, your impressions versus reach. Right. [Ben Ornstein]: And honestly, I didn’t know how to explain that well, so thank you for that. And then the other ones are like, how much should I spend on a broadcast? And we have things on this in the Help Center, but it’s just rephrasing things. And I would wonder how much attribution of clients who onboard who don’t reach out are reading the help center docs, I don’t know. And I guess we won’t know. But yeah, overall, I think definitely turning in the right direction. [Michael Houck]: Yeah, I mean, if people are reading the help center docs, and they’re not writing tickets, that’s, I mean, that means that we’re the help center docs are actually useful, right? Good. Are you keeping those updated as we make updates on the platform to like, are you changing things there? No, I have Okay, maybe before the end of, I guess, maybe when we launch groups, because that’s a pretty fundamental change to some things, maybe we do a sweep at the end of this month or something like that to [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: update things. Sounds good. [Michael Houck]: Cool. As far as bugs go, yeah, I mean, the ones we have, there’s not that many left. A few of these are from the V2 launch. I think a couple of them are from before that, and then there’s like one or two more recent ones. I’m pretty sure these are all relatively small. So I included them in here. If they end up being bigger, I don’t think any of them are urgent. So they’re not highest priority, except for the WhatsApp issue, and then the engagement URL issue. Those are both high priority at this point. These other ones happen very infrequently. Even though they cause issues, they’re pretty infrequent. Them anyway. But if we don’t get to these other ones, it’s not the not the end of the world. And can move the priority actually down to medium for that. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: To Okay. [Michael Houck]: With that said, Sid, since we’re talking a lot about groups, and that’s the number one thing into the sprint, you want to take us away and kick us off here? [Sid]: Yeah, sure. So I started with groups. Last sprint, I did some work on groups to be able to share the broadcast with the members in the inner circle. And in this print, I’m taking it a step further. So right now I’m working on that OTP thing, sending the OTP and then verifying it. So 50% of that is done. I just need some more things. We’ll wire it up and that will be done. And then there will be some other things. For example, what Mehul requested for the EPA for inviting friends by like sending them an email invite email or a message. So that will be next thing. And then a couple of other things on the UI side. And, and of course what we discussed over the chats, what you share, what you send me. So all of all those tickets are already here and those will be the priority to complete and of course get groups live. That is the ultimate goal. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Cool. [Michael Houck]: Yeah. I think, I think we’re pretty clear on requirements to get live. And so I’m not worried about that. These emails, I know we said this would probably actually be in next sprint, so maybe I’ll move those into next sprint, because those just need to be live before we launch. They’re not like, we don’t need to really test that much around them. The other stuff is probably higher priority. So yeah, I think that’s it. Oh yeah, there’s just one other small thing, Sid, which is we wanted to create either multiple test accounts, or just one test account for Max and for Ben. Basically, Max, when he’s on sales calls with potential users, he wants to show them around the platform. And then for Ben, it’s just helpful to sort of be able to try to re-diagnose customer issues when they get surfaced. So I don’t think that should take too long. We just want to create like fake data in there that’s realistic. So whenever we get a chance to do that, we can do that too. [Sid]: Yeah, sure. I’ll do it. [Rafael Bruno]: And one question about… We need to create that on production, because I’m, I’m taking the backup from production and put it there on development in a daily basis. [Sid]: Last time I did something on a test on a dev data and then two days later, I was like, where did this go? [Michael Houck]: So I know, I know that. [Sid]: And one question, Hawk, so you about that group’s email. So when we are inviting people in the onboarding, that we have to send emails there as well, right? So that will also be done when with that group’s email thing itself. [Michael Houck]: Yeah, I mean, if it’s trivial for you to add, then I can just write the copy and we can just set it up this time. That’s fine. So we can mark that page as being done. But in my head, I’ve sort of been treating the emails as a separate thing. But if you’d rather do them as we go, I can just write the copy and we can do it that way too. Fine. [Sid]: I’m okay to understand how much we are doing in that group email thing. I’m okay to do it in one single shot together. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Cool. Okay. [Michael Houck]: Well then just let me know which emails you need. And I think I probably have the list somewhere too. And I’ll just make a note to write up some copy for them probably tomorrow. Sure. Sure. I’ll send you. Okay. Cool. Okay. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Cool. [Michael Houck]: What about on the front end side? What are we, where are we at? [Mehul Jariwala]: I guess with the front end side, most of the screen will be already developed. So probably we need some wire up screen, a wire up ticket that, that will be integrated with the actual flow. We also develop the referral page screen as well, long back. So for my side, I guess I’ll, I’ll pick up, but I’ll finish the, whatever we have have it currently and then I need to integrate it with the backend part as well. But since backend will getting ready, do you have any other project or shall we pick up the account self project? [Michael Houck]: Yeah, if there’s no other tasks in here that are groups or referrals related that you can do right now, I’d say take a first look at those. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Okay. [Michael Houck]: And then once those are done, then yeah, move on to the new account shelf. I really, I don’t think that’s going to be that big. I know it’s like six tasks in here, but they’re all, they’re all pretty small. So yeah, I mean, we should get to that during this sprint and whenever you have a bandwidth, you can pick it up. Okay, cool. Thank you. Okay. Rizwan, how are we doing on engagement and what’s next here? [Rizwan Hameed]: Yeah, so in the meanwhile, I’m working on this thing, plus I’m investigating a few other things as well, which Phil and Irina has reported some few broadcasts as well. So I’m investigating those as well, plus working on this. So hopefully I’m trying my best to complete it by today. Otherwise, hopefully it will be done by tomorrow, the engagement URL for the Twitter one. And then I will move on to the next part. The next part will be mainly, first of all, analyze the cost analysis, how we can reduce it on the abort side. And then I can move on to the web tickets as well. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Cool. [Michael Houck]: I’m adding this in here. I don’t know. Cool. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Thank you. Yeah, no problem. I’m going to mark that in progress. [Michael Houck]: Rafael, there’s probably some stuff there for you to take a look at too. Specifically, you know, creators are emailing me about their earnings not being logged because they did repost something in time, but it’s not being not being captured. [Rafael Bruno]: Yeah, I’m checking that. I think that now it’s my turn. So this morning, I was solving some issues, some small, small issues. After that, I started working on that task to identify what is what is going on? What is the reason of why those engagements are not interact correctly, I will probably take more hours to probably use more hours to investigate that. And I’ll keep in touch with Brisbane so we can find out which each on each side, sorry, in which side is the problem. And after that, there is one issue, the one the one of sending messages that it’s really hard to simulate. I will try to keep looking on the channel, the logs, and try to find a way to identify what is the cause of the issue. And if I’m not able, I will proceed to the referrals project. Cool. [Michael Houck]: Yeah, referrals would probably be the highest priority things if there are like tiny bugs that you want to take care of here first, feel free to. But yeah, the referrals is the main thing to get done this sprint. The front end is already, if not fully done, then mostly done. So it should just be ready for setting up the functionality. Also, I think, I don’t know if it makes sense, Rafael, for you to do this or if it makes sense for Sid to do this, but you guys can figure out this test. In particular. It’s like we have the templates that we send for creator network messages. We probably just want to change those slightly for messages that come from somebody who’s in our circle. That’s it. OK. I can take care of that. Cool. OK. Yeah, I guess that’s it then. Pretty straightforward priorities right now. So yeah, I don’t have much else today. Obviously, we flagged before this is uh, a bloated sprint, I would say. So my expectation is that we will not hit this and that we’ll bring this down throughout the two weeks. Uh, so let’s just prioritize what we can and what we should, and the rest we’ll see where we, where we land on. [Rafael Bruno]: Okay. Um, okay. [Michael Houck]: I’ll leave it to you guys if there’s any, any stuff you guys need to discuss. Um, but, uh, let’s have a good week guys. [Rafael Bruno]: Okay. Cool. See you. Bye. So guys, anything that you’d like to discuss in the technical side? Ben, I think you’re muted. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Yeah. The dog was barking upstairs. [Rafael Bruno]: So I’m muted. [Ben Ornstein]: So one thing I just want to bring up quickly was an idea I had. Rafael, I know that in the past you’ve said when there are like four or five recovery customer issues that are open, that you get lost in like which ones are open because, you know, it happens. There’s a ton at once sometimes. Would it be helpful to on the thread when I send it, when it is completed, just me having a checkmark, putting a checkmark saying this one’s done, you don’t need to worry about it. [Rafael Bruno]: Would that be helpful? Oh, sure. That’s helpful. I think that one thing that I can do on my site is to add a reminder so I won’t lose the thread. Because sometimes I get threads from you, from everyone on the team, and I have a lot of threads to follow. Yeah. I want to make things easier for you. [Ben Ornstein]: So I don’t want you to have to add an extra step in your process. I’d rather just be like, if you can look at the thread without even and going into it and saying, hey, this one shows been completed. I can avoid this. So maybe I’ll try that and see if it’s helpful. And then, yeah, you can give me feedback in a few weeks. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: OK. Sure. Cool. [Ben Ornstein]: Yeah, I’ll try that. But yeah, I think that’s all from me. Thank you, as always, for responding quickly to my requests. Sure. I know how busy you are. So thank you. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Sure. Anyone else? [Ben Ornstein]: I’ll head out and see you guys later. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: See you. Rafael, one question. [Mehul Jariwala]: So we did set up the sanitary in our project, right? But do we have any dashboard somewhere where we can see what’s going on? Or do we have any alerts? I’m not sure. [Rafael Bruno]: if it’s the setup is entirely done. Sid, I don’t know if you remember, but I think that last week I pointed that we are having some issues when we run the npm run build command. And it’s pointing that we have some sentry variables that we need to set correctly. Did you check that? [Sid]: That is optional. Still see the error. So Mehul if you check your inbox, if you are invited, you will get emails for each error that is captured by Sentry. Like I continuously get keep getting emails. Because I have an account. I don’t know if you have an account. But you can check your email. That is one way. Second is unfortunately we are on free tier. So we need one central account for all three of us. So what are happened is when I had one account first for myself, but I think someone maybe Rafael or Hawk logged in, and then I was kicked out because the maximum capacity is just one account, right? So the thing is, we need one central account like we did for Postman, one shared account that all of us can use, and then even look at error trace and everything within Sintry. [Rafael Bruno]: Okay, you can ask Hawk to create an email called at megaphone dot network. And we can use that development development account to all the applications that we can only use one email. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Okay, that sounds good. Anyone else? Okay, guys. [Rafael Bruno]: So let’s Let’s keep flying like we flew last week because we saw a lot of good results. If you need me, just message me and I’ll be there. See you guys.
