[Michael Houck]: Hey, Bo, how you doing? Hi, Michael. [Bo Hood@KidTech, Inc]: I’m good. Thank you. Good to meet. Good to meet. Same here. [Michael Houck]: Thank you for grabbing some time. I don’t think this will take a full hour. We were usually able to do this in about a half hour, maybe a little more, maybe a little less. So I’ll be able to give you some time back at the end, but I appreciate you doing it. [Bo Hood@KidTech, Inc]: Yeah, definitely. So I actually, you know, I’m not looking for any opportunity my financing story or anything. I’m actually thinking if you have any you know um any side business like introduce venture capitals to founders because you have interviewed so many you know uh entrepreneurs and then you probably um you know interviewed some venture capitalists as well and actually we are looking for money and if you um you know if you um you know uh interviewed a lot of people you in this area, you probably will know who is the right investors I need to talk to. For example, I mean, pediatrics, medical device, right? I’m a med tech company. So I’m wondering if you have that kind of thoughts. [Michael Houck]: Yeah, I mean, we have a fundraising support process. I include the link in my newsletter every week. So you can just go grab it from there. You’d have to fill out some information on a form. And then we’ll take a look and make any intros that we think are a good match. This link, though, for scheduling these calls, we really only use these for the case studies, though. [Bo Hood@KidTech, Inc]: I see. I didn’t pay attention to that summation form. I will check the link and then see. [Bo Hood@KidTech, Inc]: Do you charge any fees, or what’s the business model? [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: No. [Michael Houck]: No, it’s not a business. It’s just something we do for founders. Here, I’ll send you the form right now. Hold on one second. Let me get it. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: OK. [Michael Houck]: And we only make a certain amount of intros per month. So we’ll see. My team will need to review, and then they’ll let me know if they think it’s a fit. Where’s the comments? Oh, there’s the chat. Okay, there it is. I’m gonna drop the link in there. You can just fill that out when you get a chance, and we’ll take it from there. [Bo Hood@KidTech, Inc]: Okay, I see. Okay. Yeah, thank you. I think that’s, yeah, yeah, I need to take a look again, because I read something, but missed this one. I see, start each month, I share, promising. Okay. Yeah. [Michael Houck]: meetings we really only schedule for the case studies. So if that’s not something that you’re interested in doing, then we can hop off and get the time back. [Bo Hood@KidTech, Inc]: So what kind of case are you interested in? We had three rounds of family friends, basically family friends financing. And then we started last year, we started in March 2023, I put up some prototype together, like concept proof. And then I registered the company in May. And then we went through three runs till now. I think it’s a 50, 500, so 520,000 by now. And then people are still chipping in. And we’re going to close this round pretty soon because, you know, we are waiting for NIH grant announcement should be come next month also. So yeah, so yeah. [Michael Houck]: Yeah, let’s touch base maybe when the rounds closed and then we can. We can do a case study then. When when everything settled down a bit and also if we were able to make any intros, obviously that could be something that we could include too. So yeah, I guess let’s touch base in a few weeks and see where things are at and go from there. [Bo Hood@KidTech, Inc]: Okay, cool. All right. [Michael Houck]: Thank you. Cool. Thanks, Mo.
