[Axhens Mara]: Hey there. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Hello. [Max Palmer]: How are you? [Axhens Mara]: Can you hear me? Yes. I’m great. How are you? I’m good. [Max Palmer]: Thank you. I’m Max. I’m HALC’s Chief of Staff, so I usually handle most of these megaphone calls for him. [Axhens Mara]: Sounds good. Nice to meet you. I go by Jesse. That makes it easier. Yeah. Great. [Max Palmer]: Nice to meet you, Jesse. So I’d love to start just by hearing how you heard about us and why you’re interested in Megafone? [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Yeah. [Axhens Mara]: So I joined the newsletter a few months ago. I love it. Main thing I look forward to in my inbox. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Good. [Axhens Mara]: A lot of resources. I’m a first time founder, so it’s been very helpful. That’s where I came across Megafone. I’m with a lot of founders, founder-led sales. I realized a great opportunity to get that organic distribution, if you will. Biggest reason why I booked this call is want to see if there really is a use case for us. So for context, what we’re building, call it study spaces. It’s an LMS built on an AI base, if you want to call it that way. The goal is to have this AI-powered solution to help you really understand whether what you’re learning, you’re fully understanding and processing, instead of just checkbox, checkbox, finalize. So it’s a platform for test prep companies, predominantly tutoring companies, any company that’s doing assessment based testing and training. Think of SAT prep, test prep on MCATs, GMAT, things like that. What I’m trying to look for is if we were to use a platform like Megaphone, who would be the promoters. Because, I guess, right before this, we took the B2C approach. We had a platform called Monik AI, and it was an AI study tool, where you drop your own content as a student, your own notes, and it turns it into summaries and questions. And we grew that to 100,000 students, and promoters to that was all of the early adopters of AI tools, who would talk about, here’s the top 10 AI tools for students, top 10 AI tools for this thing. Or other people who have that audience being students. But in this case, it’s a very niche market of this B2B space, where it’s test prep companies specifically. I’m curious who would promote something like this. [Max Palmer]: Yeah, that’s a good question. And to be honest, I’m not sure if we have the right creators in your space for this. So we have a lot of creators in the kind of career space, but the student, and we have some in the, well, actually, we have like a lot in the growth space, but in like the test prep education teaching space, we don’t have a whole lot of creators. So I’m not sure, you know, I can list off some other niches that we have creators in that are adjacent. But so we, yeah, we have like six creators in the education space, actually. And we have, yeah, we have 22 creators in the career space. And those might be the only two, so mainly that education space would be, and I really haven’t talked to a lot of people that are trying to build in this niche, so it might be actually that those, you know, even though we only have six creators in the education space, they might be, you know, good creators that can engage with your content and help it, you know, help it go viral on Twitter and LinkedIn. But yeah, this is definitely a space where we don’t have a ton of coverage in, but I think it’s still likely worth a try because we have these creators in the education space. You could test it out for a month or two and see if it works. [Axhens Mara]: Yeah, that’s what I was concerned about. Because when you mentioned creators in the education space, I’m not quite sure if they’re target audience is students, because that wouldn’t really be beneficial to us. We’re looking for people. It’s very difficult to identify. Think of if you were to run one of these test prep companies, who would you look up to? Right. [Axhens Mara]: the promoters who would reach out to these people. So it’s a little tough. But I think it could be worth a shot. Something to think about. [Max Palmer]: Yeah, yeah. It’s an interesting niche, test prep creators and whatnot. [Axhens Mara]: But maybe if it helps expand this reach a little bit, the continuing education space, as well as school district space, also fits. [Max Palmer]: Yeah, we don’t have any in those niches. I know that. [Axhens Mara]: It was worth a shot. If we expand our SAP, then we’ll definitely check it out. Yeah. Try it for a month or two and see if it works. [Max Palmer]: Yeah, absolutely. [Axhens Mara]: Thank you, Max. All right. [Max Palmer]: Have a good one.
