[Carlisle Studer]: Good. How are you? It’s nice to meet you. Max Palmer: Good. Yeah, you too. I’m Max. I’m HALC’s Chief of Staff. So handle these megaphone demos for him. [Nolan Wilson]: How we heard about you? Now that I say that, I can’t remember. I think somebody maybe. Max Palmer: Yeah, absolutely. So megaphone is a, it’s a creator engagement marketplace. Um, so we have over 150, different creators from a variety of different niches, everything from, you know, crypto and AI to health and wellness to marketing and startups and whatnot. So we’ve got dozens of different niches that are covered. And then we have users and these users, you know, are people like you who are looking to grow either their personal Twitter or LinkedIn account or the account of a company. And these these creators will have tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands of followers, and they’ll engage with the content of the users. And that will boost their post within the X or LinkedIn algorithm. So that’s how it kind of works in a nutshell. Do you guys have any questions there? And then I can explain the pricing. [Nolan Wilson]: Let’s see. Carla, do you have any questions? [Carlisle Studer]: If you join, are you expected to engage with other people’s stuff? Does that make sense? Max Palmer: You’re not? No. So yeah, if you’re using this as a as a user, you’re not expected, you’re not going to engage with anyone else’s content. Okay. [Nolan Wilson]: And then a couple questions on mine. How specific, like, from a niche perspective, do you guys get like, we work a lot. We work with a lot of companies in like the regenerative ranching slash carnivore, like alternative health space. Not so much the generic health space, some cases we do, but predominantly more those spaces. Max Palmer: Is there like really niche stuff or general? To be honest, I don’t think it’s that niche. [Nolan Wilson]: Sure. Appreciate the honesty there. And then as far as like the actual results that you guys are seeing from these engagements, what’s like the variance in terms of follower engagement growth? Do followers that these accounts are gaining, do they relay into engagement or increase engagement? Max Palmer: Yeah, absolutely. I mean, we’ve had like one guy had Marc Andreessen follow him because of a post that was amplified with Megaphone. So there’s definitely high quality followers coming in and engagements coming in. I will say like, a lot of it depends on your content, right? Like you have to, you still have to have good content. Megaphone is not going to help bad content perform well. So, you know, the way we kind of put it is, you know, we’re pouring gasoline on the fire, but you still have to create that fire. So, you know, that that’s a huge part of it is You’ve got to have good content, and then if you add on engagements from creators with Megaphone, you can grow your accounts much faster and get bigger and better engagements. [Nolan Wilson]: Yeah, that makes sense. That’s good to hear because that’s really what we specialize in. I don’t know if I have any other questions at the moment. If they come up while you’re discussing pricing, I’ll be sure to ask. Cool. Max Palmer: Yeah, so there’s two parts of our pricing. So the first is the subscription. So that’s just use the platform. It’s either $49 month or $89 a month. The only difference between those two is with the $89 a month plan, your posts are going to get sent to creators as soon as you send them to us. Whereas with the $49 a month plan, your posts are going to be delayed an hour. Once we’ve sent that post to creators, they have an hour to engage with it. If they don’t engage within hour, they won’t get paid. And most of it goes to a new creator. The second part is the budget. So you’re going to set a budget for each post. On average, most people are spending between $30 $50 per post. And this is the money that goes to actually paying these creators. But we’ve had people spend well over $100 a post. If they have a big fundraising announcement or a new product launch or a great piece of content that they think is going to do really well, you can spend as much as you'd like, In terms of the creators, they charge their own amount. It's entirely up to them what they charge. But typically, creators will increase their pricing by about $10 for every 100,000 followers they have. So we have a creator with 370,000 followers. They charge $35 for an engagement. [Max Palmer]: We have plenty of other creators with 50,000 followers, and they typically charge $5 or $10 for an engagement. [Max Palmer]: So those are the two parts of the pricing. You set your budget when you're submitting each post into Megaphone. There's also a box where you'll be able to provide context for the creators so that they'll know what to comment on, because the majority of these engagements are going to be comments. You can check a box asking the creator to do a retweet, do a retweet with comment. [Max Palmer]: See what else. So and then we send these posts, your posts to creators based off of three criteria. First and foremost, we're going to send it to creators that are in your niche. So when you're on board onto Megaphone, you're going to pick the different niches that you're in. [Max Palmer]: Yeah, and that's how it works. And then you guys mentioned you're an agency. So I'm assuming you have multiple clients. So for every additional account you make, it's $39 a month. [Nolan Wilson]: Even if you choose the 89, it’s like $89 month and then 39 top. Okay. [Max Palmer]: How do we actually do it? No, you'll have a dashboard when you log in. I can't show it to you right now, but you'll have a dashboard in Megaphone. And, and you'll, you know, click the, like submit a post button and you'll just send a link to that post, provide the context, set the budget. Um, and it's as easy as that. [Nolan Wilson]: Okay. Um, a little bit more like of a meta focused question, but like, is there anybody that you wouldn't like any accounts or niches in particular that you wouldn't recommend use megaphone from y'all's experience? Like where, where, where anybody? Anybody in particular that there has not been results for? [Max Palmer]: I don't know if, I don't know the answer to that question, but I do have, let me pull up, like there are niches where we don't have a ton of creators, right? Like I'm looking at this list right now, like we don't have a ton of creators in the sports niche. Like that's just one where we don't have a ton of creator coverage. In health and wellness, we have 20 different creators in that niche. In finance, we have 31. In general business, we have 87. There are certain niches where we have tons of creators and others where military is one niche where we have one creator in. For health and wellness, we have creator coverage there. For other niches, we just don't have you know, creator coverage yet. [Nolan Wilson]: And then out of curiosity, I mean, we have a lot of friends in the health and wellness space who have decent followings. What's the, uh, are you guys looking to expand the network? Yeah, absolutely. We always are. [Max Palmer]: Um, yeah. And we have a referral fee. I'm forgetting what it is right now, but, um, I think it's like, it's some percentage of lifetime revenue that the creator Okay, interesting. [Nolan Wilson]: Carl, any questions? [Carlisle Studer]: Do you find that like, if it generates a lot of new followers, that those followers end up sticking around? [Max Palmer]: Yeah, I mean, I don't know how often you guys unfollow people, but I don't. [Carlisle Studer]: That makes sense. And then, what else was I going to ask? I forgot. [Nolan Wilson]: Is it unlimited tweets? So let's say we do $49 a month, or let’s say we do $89, doesn't really matter. And then we choose a budget of $100 total. So maybe we do Is there any limit to the amount of tweets that we can put a budget behind per month? Max Palmer: No, no, you can tweet as much as you like, [Nolan Wilson]: Well, no, I mean, I’m saying like, we can have any amount of tweets get amplified, to use your word. Max Palmer: Yeah, absolutely. Yeah, and you know, a lot of people won’t amplify every single one of their tweets, right? Because like, yeah, you’ll have your long form posts, your threads or whatnot that you really want to amplify and some short form ones that you might not want to. So yeah, it’s entirely up to you. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Gotcha. [Nolan Wilson]: That’s pretty helpful. I appreciate you explaining that. Max Palmer: Just go on the website and sign up. It’s super simple. OK. [Carlisle Studer]: And so you said it’s an additional $35 each account, right? [Nolan Wilson]: Do you guys know the amount? Is there a way you would be able to tell us followers, the total amount of followers in the health and wellness space that you guys have? Max Palmer: I don’t think so. I imagine it’s high six figures. Okay, cool. Yeah, high six figures, I think. [Nolan Wilson]: Good deal. Well, I appreciate it, Max. That’s a, I mean, did a good job explaining. Appreciate it. Max Palmer: The minimum follower count for creators, acquire is 20,000 followers. Okay. [Nolan Wilson]: Cool. I’m trying to think if I have any more questions while I still have you on. Do I have your email? Is your email attached to this call? Yep, it is. Max Palmer: And so is Hauk. So yeah, you can just shoot us any questions. [Nolan Wilson]: Cool. Yeah. We’ll talk about this and, uh, and let you know, but definitely interested. Appreciate you explaining. Awesome. Thanks guys. [Carlisle Studer]: Thanks Max.
