[Kacper Gugała]: questions. That makes sense. That’s a good optimization. Listen Max, I checked out the tool very briefly. I think it’s a very interesting thing. I’m working for quite a lot on LinkedIn. I get the general idea of how the tool works. What I’m missing is two key pieces of information. I know that you have to pay for the platform platform for the access to the platform. I think that’s around 49 dollars if I’m not mistaken. But then I know that you have, there is a cost related to those influencers, like you paid them for the promotion, outreach for the project. And also, I don’t know if you have any, which might be relevant to me. I’m in the PRM space. [Kacper Gugała]: Partner Relationship Management space. [Kacper Gugała]: These should be business guys, IT world guys, anybody like that. I’m not sure how we can check that. Yeah, great. [Max Palmer]: So to touch on your first point, yeah, there’s two parts of the pricing. The first is a subscription, either $49 or month. And then the second part is you're paying per engagement, and that's the money that goes to these creators. So when you post something and send that post through Megaphone, you're going to allocate a budget for that post. On average, people are spending $30 to $50 post, but it's entirely up to you what to allocate. [Max Palmer]: That post will be- $30 $50, right? Yes, on average. [Max Palmer]: That post will be sent to creators based off three criteria. First and foremost, we're going to send it to creators that are in your niche. So like you mentioned, and this is when I'll touch on the second part of your question, we want to send it to creators in your niche because it wouldn't make sense to send your post that should go to business people, to maybe IT people, to creators in the health and wellness space, right? There's no audience alignment there. It doesn't make any sense. Second, we want to send it to creators that are online at the time you're posting so that they can engage right away, because that's really important for these platforms. And the third, we're going to maximize your marketing. [Kacper Gugała]: That's actually quite challenging. We would have to figure that one out, because I'm posting from Europe. The biggest influencers out there, especially in the partnership world, are in the US. Correct. I would have to post at five or four of my time. But that's OK. [Max Palmer]: Yeah, so about of our creators are based in the U.S. Yeah. [Kacper Gugała]: I'm talking generally about the partnership space. The partnership 90% space is in the U.S. [Max Palmer]: Yeah, that too. And so we do have a ton of people in the tech, startups, business realm. I know those are very general terms. But we have a ton of creators in those spaces. The IT space in particular, we don't have great coverage in just to be fully transparent with you. [Kacper Gugała]: But again, we're the ones where you have. [Max Palmer]: We have a ton in the business, tech and startups. We have several dozen in those spaces, so those will likely be the best people to engage with you. [Max Palmer]: And yeah, I imagine the majority are in the US. [Kacper Gugała]: Would it be possible to see if you have anybody who has like this top voice, top partnership voice or anything like that? There's like a new label on LinkedIn. [Max Palmer]: So there's not a way for us to see that right now. And kind of for obvious reasons, we can't disclose the identity of our creators. So when you post on Megaphone, You won't know who's going to engage with it. [Max Palmer]: Once creators do engage, you'll have a good idea, obviously, of who our creators are. But before then, you won't know at all. [Max Palmer]: But no, in terms of that tag on LinkedIn, we don't have. [Kacper Gugała]: Yeah, that's OK. That's something else we knew that they haven't. I'm not necessarily sure it would be the perfect option. I think somebody with a huge outreach in the tech space or the startup space would work quite well for us. Now, $30 to post. So this brings us that it’s not every post that we should add there probably, but just more important ones for us. I’m guessing that you get better results from posting it from the personal account than the company account. [Max Palmer]: So no, on LinkedIn, company accounts do great. On Twitter, I would say, so we’re on both LinkedIn and Twitter. I know you’re using it for LinkedIn. But on Twitter, I would say definitely do personal accounts. But on LinkedIn, no, LinkedIn treats company accounts very well. They don’t suppress them in the algorithm at all. So don’t worry about that. Yeah, $30 to $50 on average. The way most of the creators charge is they increase their pricing by about $10 every 100,000 followers they have. So for example, we have a creator with 370,000 followers, and that creator charges $35 for an engagement. Whereas we have other creators with 50,000 followers, and they typically charge $5 to $10. [Max Palmer]: And the minimum requirement in terms of followers to be a creator on our platform is 20,000. [Kacper Gugała]: Okay. I saw that in one of the videos that you sent, your automated onboarding sequence, that you can say whether you want a mention, a share, something else. You have these options, but this is just a suggestion. You can’t really control that. Correct. [Max Palmer]: You don’t have entire control because it’s up to the creator on what they want to do. If you set a higher budget and click quote tweet or retweet, repost, whatever it’s called, and you set a higher budget, then there’s a chance that the creator will do that and choose to do that because they do charge more for a repost or repost with comment. Typically, the majority of engagements on our platform are comments. That’s the highest form of engagement on Twitter and LinkedIn. It’s more valuable, believe it or not, than a repost. So yeah, that’s going to be the majority of engagement is a comment. [Kacper Gugała]: So basically, if they comment on my post, that’s when all of their network will start seeing because it actually shows up on their feed because they are watching him, right? Correct. [Max Palmer]: Yeah. And they’ll comment something relevant. When you post something through Megaphone, there’ll be a little box to provide context for these creators so that they know what you’d like them to comment on. So that their comments are relevant and make sense. And they’re not AI generated. [Kacper Gugała]: Yeah, yeah, yeah. Should I give them the exact what I want them to post or should I just provide them with some context towards it? [Max Palmer]: Provide them with some context. They’ll post what they want in their voice, right? Because they want it to sound natural, like it’s coming from them, but providing them context is super helpful. [Max Palmer]: Okay. Okay. [Kacper Gugała]: In order to start, I’m guessing that I need to pay for the account for the 49 euros and add at least 50 euros right to the account just to start. Then there is no way of measuring the results apart from just seeing that they’ve posted it, right? So there is no way. [Max Palmer]: Yeah, you’ll have a dashboard in Megafone where you can kind of see, you know, cost per engagement and a few other, you know, basic metrics in your dashboard on Megafone. [UNKNOWN_SPEAKER]: Okay. [Kacper Gugała]: But cost per engagement will be the $35, right, in this case? No, because the cost per engagement, it might be, let's say because you spent $40 on a post and four creators engaged with it. [Max Palmer]: And so that’s $10 engagement. [Kacper Gugała]: Okay, got it. Can you actually set up the maximum engagement cost that you want? [Max Palmer]: Yeah, the budget you set is the maximum we'll charge, we'll use. [Kacper Gugała]: I get that, but can you actually specify that you want, you know, prefer four smaller creators than one? No, you cannot. But it's, so it's basically you pay for the reach, right? What about a situation where somebody, because we don't control who actually does this. So what about a situation where somebody posts this, but it's not really our niche, it's somebody from, you know, a huge Indian following. [Max Palmer]: That won't happen. I mean, yeah, we're only sending this to when you onboard a megaphone, you're going to, you know, choose different niches, different categories. And so we'll ensure that your posts are only getting sent to creators in those categories. [Kacper Gugała]: Ok. OK. Is there any exemplary posts that you would be able to share, or is this? [Max Palmer]: I can't share examples from our users. What you find on the site is a few examples with the identities not revealed. OK. So yeah, you can check out there. [Kacper Gugała]: Okay. I need to take that. Okay. That's, that's, uh, I think that that's, uh, I'm assuming that I could receive an invoice after the month, right. And I will receive it for the 30, for the 45, the 49 cost of, of the right. So, so I can receive an invoice and that's not an issue. I do need to add the budget beforehand, right. To, to the platform. [Max Palmer]: When, when you're going to post, that's when you add the budget. [Kacper Gugała]: Okay, so there's no like prepaid 200 then split it into four different posts? [Max Palmer]: No, you can do that. Yeah, there's a wallet. And so you can deposit funds into that wallet and then use that for posts. [Kacper Gugała]: So yeah, then within the post, you actually just add a link to the post, and you specify that you want up to 50 euros or something for that post, right? That's fairly clear. It's just a matter of doing the first step and whether it works or not. [Kacper Gugała]: I'm guessing it could work. [Max Palmer]: Yeah, you still have to post good content as well. [Kacper Gugała]: Yeah, I can imagine. Something more interesting. [Kacper Gugała]: So a good example from your side, a new feature release, like a huge feature that we have would be something probably worth mentioning. [Max Palmer]: That's great. Yeah. We've had companies do new future releases, fundraising announcements, announcing a big customer, a big investment. And then also just content about your niche, right? You know, engaging content about your niche can do well. Content that educates people and entertains people that has more viral potential than a post about, you know, product future. [Kacper Gugała]: Right. Last question. I think in the pricing, there's a 49 and the 89. The difference between them is on the page, right? [Max Palmer]: So, yeah, the difference between them is with the $89 a month plan, your posts are getting sent to creators as soon as you send them to us. With the $49 a month plan, we’re going to delay your posts an hour until we send them to creators. [Kacper Gugała]: And I think that’s an issue because LinkedIn, for example, looks at the first hour, right, in terms of the Yeah. [Max Palmer]: More instant engagement is a higher signal to these platforms. [Kacper Gugała]: Right. Okay. That’s clear. David, you have a pricing that makes me need to buy the top one. [Kacper Gugała]: Right. Listen, thank you for the call. I mean, I find it interesting. I think it’s worth checking. The cost is, you know, it will not kill us even if it doesn’t work. So it’s definitely worth considering. I need to figure out when it’s a good post. Now, maybe last question. Should I do it when I have a good post and then I should set up the account and start doing it? Or should I do it before and kind of prepare? Yes. [Max Palmer]: Well, set up the account before you post. [Kacper Gugała]: How long before, like how much time would you need to actually have everything prepared? [Max Palmer]: A day. I mean, it doesn’t take long to onboard at all. So yeah, you could sign up today and send a post out tomorrow. [Kacper Gugała]: Yeah. Okay. That was my question because, you know, if you say seven weeks, seven days, then I need to do it much earlier. Yeah. I figured out that if I post, then set up an account and tell you to boost it. Yeah. Don’t do that. Okay. Perfect. Perfect. Thank you, Max. Thank you. That has been very informative and I will definitely test out the tool. Great. [Max Palmer]: Excited to have you. And shoot us an email if you have any questions. [Kacper Gugała]: Yep. Perfect. [Max Palmer]: Thank you. Have a good one. Bye bye.
