Incident
Blake Emal reported that after approximately one hour of work building out Adam Gillman’s content backlog in Studio, every post was removed except one (titled “Values”). He asked:
- Why did this happen?
- Restore the lost data.
This is a data loss event. An hour of production work was wiped with no undo path visible to Blake.
Additional Studio bugs reported in the same session (Blake Emal, same thread)
- Inline comments not showing: Client comments left inline on a post (like Notion inline comments) do not render in Studio. Only the overarching comment shows. Blake has flagged this before; it is still unfixed.
- Paste and dictation unreliable: Dictation tool and clipboard paste intermittently fail to register in Studio chat boxes. Described as “clearly glitchy.”
- Moving cards is extremely slow: Shuffling posts between columns triggers redundant AI tone/voice checks on every move. Blake says: “I’m getting hit with weird checks every time I try to shuffle something around…it’s taking forever to load them into the proper categories.”
- No delete on content boards: Only option is “Deny,” which keeps the post in a column. Blake needs a hard-delete for posts created by mistake or at client request.
Priority call
The data loss and delete-post gap are the highest-severity items. The card-moving performance issue is daily friction for account leads.
