Tatem to write a “good vs bad video” doc (with examples) so Hermes/Studio can learn editing judgment. Michael explicitly said he’ll build video editing functionality in Studio after that doc exists. No hard date set; Tatem’s own docs list: good-vs-bad vids, onboarding, good caption examples.

Michael will explore whether Hermes/Studio can take over overlay sourcing to speed up Tatem’s editing workflow. Tatem flagged overlays as the main bottleneck (gathering them can take longer than the actual edit). Overlay sources she uses: specific website screenshots/article imagery, Google image search, ChatGPT-generated animations (needs mp4 output). No token cost estimate done yet.
Capacity Signal
- Tatem currently handles ~10 clients
- 10 is nearing her ceiling; she flagged that a second strategist search should start if 3-5 more clients close this month
- Vivek is leaving within a month (travel with race team ends), freeing some bandwidth
- Michael’s preference: keep all clients with Tatem as long as possible without quality slipping
- Scheduling/posting may shift to ops when the time comes (Tatem has a theory that TikTok accounts benefit from being logged into the same phone as high-follower accounts, so blind handoff carries risk)
