Signal
Michael directed Hermes to give Ben a TLDR on the email automations he needs to build (Capture, Qualified, Downsell, Direct, Preselling, Direct automations). Ben responded that he does not have access to the guides in GitHub.
Blocker
Ben needs read access to the Adam G repo (or the relevant guides/docs folder) before he can start the automation work. This was unresolved at end of thread.
Action needed
Grant Ben (ben@ryevalley.co) GitHub access to the Adam Gillman repo / guides. Whoever manages repo access (likely Rafael or Hermes via org admin) needs to act on this before Ben can proceed.
