Implication: Slack data from Adam’s connected workspace can be used as source material for content ideation and context, but anything drawn from it must be cleared with Adam before it appears in any published output. Do not treat connected Slack as freely quotable raw material.

Otter Integration
- Adam uses Otter (not Granola) for meeting notes
- Adam does NOT have Otter enterprise plan
- Result: No ongoing API sync available. One-time bulk export is the path.
- Houck is building the Otter integration (“Building Otter as we speak”)
- Proposed workaround: one-time bulk export from Otter gives historical material but no weekly updates going forward
First Client with Slack + Gmail + Call Transcripts
Michael noted in the Megaphone thread that Adam is their first client with Slack, Gmail, and (hopefully) call transcripts connected. Michael’s explicit ask to the team:
- Track whether this materially improves content quality
- Track whether it reduces the need to chase Adam for context each week
- Track whether Studio is showcasing this well and proactively pitching ideas
