What Happened
Michael discovered he had accidentally configured the lead routing so all low-fit leads were being sent to the high-fit email sequence. This was a silent misconfiguration. Michael noted this directly explains why OS (Operator Score / Offer Score?) has zero purchases to date.
He fixed the routing on Sep 16.
Follow-on
Blake Emal was assigned to rewrite/improve the low-fit sequence, which Michael described as rough (“threw it together quickly to stop the bleeding”). Blake reviewed and added edits the same day; confirmed “should be good to implement.”
