- Lead gen infra: done
- CRM setup: done
- OS videos (based on Blake Emal’s clone approach): done
- New Megaphone website: 75% done, expected to finish Sep 8
Commitment - Blake Emal (U076187FXRQ): Record the sales page VSL video and the thank you page video this week (script to be provided by Michael). This is a blocker before outreach campaigns and ads can launch.
Outreach strategy is still open for ideas (DMs, multi-platform, email, lead magnets around free tools). Goal: get both outreach and ads live this week.
