A downsell course product for JOLT is launching. Key details:
What it is: A “Founder TikTok OS” packaged as a system (not a course, per Michael’s framing). 42 scripts drafted by Hermes informed by 137K-video founder study. Tatem to record. Michael already built a logged-in dashboard on the JOLT site for it.
Funnel role: Ad traffic surveys into two buckets. Most leads are OS fits, not Deploy. Those who aren’t a fit for the Deploy retainer get routed to the OS as a downsell. Goal: recoup ad costs immediately, funnel revenue back into more leads. Negative CAC if OS breaks even + any Deploy revenue.
Price: $197 at launch.
Face of product: Michael’s preference is Tatem as primary face. Michael offered to record scripts if needed, adjusted to his voice.
Tatem’s status: Hermes posted 42 scripts to a GDoc. Tatem requested access (it was not shared at time of posting). Follow-up needed to confirm Tatem has access to the doc.
Content scope: Teaching founders to find trends, create, and post. Audience: founders who can’t afford or won’t commit to a retainer but want the system.
