Maurice Landers (Doctours) is churning but NOT yet churned. He should remain in the proactive engagement queue and all active workflows until his Stripe subscription is set to end.
Michael’s exact words: “can you make sure Maurice is active? I know he is churning but that doesn’t take effect until his subscription is set to end in Stripe”
Context
Venus flagged Maurice’s name was absent from the proactive engagement queue. Michael corrected this - Doctours is churning but the service window is still open.
Action Required
- Check Stripe for Maurice/Doctours subscription end date
- Keep Maurice active in all engagement workflows until that date
- Do NOT remove from queue or reporting until Stripe subscription lapses
