Slack thread replies were invisible to every ingestion system until 2026-08-14. conversations.history returns only thread parents, so the nightly distiller never saw them. A 30 day backfill recovered 2,870 human replies including 12 voice memos whose content existed nowhere as text. Below are the Megaphone ones. Brentan Alexander’s 8 client memos went to his per-client corpus, not here.
ACTION REQUIRED: client posting boundary (Will Hinman)
Blake Stewart, right after the 2026-08-14 Will Hinman content sync, said verbatim:
I got a lot of good stories from him. half of them would probably, he doesn’t really want to talk about yet, but, still some good kind of overall themes, lessons, learnings that we could extract from it and go from there.
This is a posting comfort boundary and it is recorded NOWHERE in Will’s files: not client-context.md, not voice-card.md, not rule-card.json. Risk: we draft from stories he shared in confidence and put them in front of him. Per megaphone-studio-platform canon, voice-card and rule-card are HUMAN GATED, so this must NOT be auto written. Michael and Blake S to rule on exact wording, then a human applies it.
All recovered Megaphone memos

- OK, cool, this definitely looks awesome, very robust, so excited to get in and play around with it. I cannot see. yeah, we can’t click around from the file you sent, so we can’t really play around with it, but from your video, it looks great. I don’t know if you had this, but maybe more of like a, a profile for each client, kind of where their voice Bible is stored, something else like where I can kind of drop in notes, You know, we already have everything in the Voice Bible that like maybe just like I could kind of just capture that, you know, Ben’s unhappy this week or something like that. obviously the, the schedule and the calendar is good, but, maybe something where we can adjust that, within their client profile, I don’t know if that’s totally necessary, but that’s interesting, Maybe the queue as well, so, like, as, this would probably be mainly for Draper, but, like, you know, Michelle’s emailing me, kind of slacking me, kind of different channels are coming in and maybe just a more general process I could follow in this dashboard in the queue to kinda send things Blake’s way to draft things up. Or I could just kind of keep following the, the notion backlog process. the, performance looks great. I would love to kind of play around that, kind of, you know, a, a button to, to draft up a report or, or something to send. I know that’s automated, but, yeah, excited to see. What else is in there, But yeah, no, it looks, looks awesome. Nice work.

- Looks great. Couple things that I was thinking of, so. In the info tab, are those going to the templates, the formats that are in there, is that gonna auto update every week based on actual. Content that went viral, outliers, things like that that we can templatize, or is that just kind of a A library that’s set in stone and whenever we want to add stuff in, we have to do it manually. I, the more that those are automated, the better, and if we’re getting new ones all the time, that’s great. And then even Might be cool eventually to figure out a way to like Have a button on the template where I can just push it and it will auto create a template for every single client. Based on that template at once, so it’ll almost create one post across the whole portfolio for all of them that I can check out. that, that’d be cool to like just test formats out at a big scale and see if it’s like a super viable one pretty easily. let’s see. Other things, I think it should be programmed with the amount of the amount and types of posts that each client needs each week. So within the client actual chats or their profiles, maybe like Blake Stewart’s saying, if they have a profile. It should be equipped not only with their voice and stuff, but the context of what a batch looks like for them. So it’s 3 long form LinkedIn posts that look like this with a bunch of examples, 10 short form posts for X that look like this, like that would be a big batch, but just as an example, and then a newsletter. So like it would have all those categorized, it would know exactly what amount of content to create every single week. That way we could actually remove the logistics of me having to remember how many posts for each client. Have to go create all that stuff every week and instead it can know that it can use all the context and automatically try to write content without me even doing anything every single week on like a trigger so maybe on Tuesdays or something after we’ve given the clients Monday for inputs and it can collect information that would be really cool to kind of automate. The first draft without me even having to click a button. It’s just like a clawed scheduled task almost. and I, I think we probably need to generate about 1.5 to 2x the amount of content needed for their batch every week because I’m gonna deny stuff or gravitate towards other stuff. But if we just, if they have a batch that requires 3 long form posts and we only generate 3, I’m always gonna end up generating more anyway. So I think that’s, that’s kind of a safe bet to do 1.5x the amount of content on autopilot. And then last thing that I was thinking of is prompting. I, I forget if you mentioned this in the video, but if we could just add auto prompting on a weekly basis as like a scheduled task in here, so it will create good prompts based on timely stuff and send it out to every client on Mondays, so I don’t even have to worry about that part of it. And then, you know, it could even like ping me on Mondays to, to check the prompts that’s they’re gonna be sent out, but the goal would be that it would surface like novel stuff within the past. 7 to 10 days and just give really good like simple prompts that we asked for voice notes for. I think that would be fantastic.

- Hey, let me know if you wanna huddle. I think the. The whole kind of point here is that where you’re kind of like overcommunicating and over updating and kind of being too noisy in the challenge, so. Either A, we just leave it as is and It continues to send those updates and I can just, you know, - do a temperature check to see if they’re being received well, and then we can make changes, or B, we just leave the message as is. And I can send those updates. As they come across, I think it is a new system, so I don’t really know how overwhelming it might be to them until I kind of see it in action. So, I feel like we might be overcorrecting left and right here. I’m not too sure.

- Hey, that was awesome. I’m really glad we’re doing this. I feel like I. We, we got along pretty well, a lot better than just, you know, general back and forth on Slack. So I think this is already super valuable. yeah, I really enjoyed talking to him. He, he talks a lot. He’s happy to continue doing this, finds it valuable. yeah, I got a lot of good stories from him. half of them would probably, he doesn’t really want to talk about yet, but, still some good kind of overall themes, lessons, learnings that we could extract from it and go from there. But, yeah, it was fun. Excited to do more of them, so yeah.
